Let me guess you haven’t spent 15+ years catching, breeding, EV training and carrying over Pokemon based on the expectations set and, until now, continuously reaffirmed by GameFreak? I’m not angry at them but it’s a little annoying at least. I also don’t really buy their excuse. I’d rather just hear them say that they want a clean break.

Hmm. I think that's a good point I admittedly hadn't thought of. I just figured they'd have a stop-gap like a new Pokemon Bank or something until they find a way to do it without making it seem forced or under a time crunch.

I think they do (it’s not exactly clear what “Pokemon Home” will be like), but it’s still a weird feeling to not know when a Pokemon game will theoretically be able to house all your Pokemon again. What if they shut down the cloud for some reason even though some Pokemon never made it into a game? Nintendo isn’t exactly known for keeping their shit running. I doubt you’ll be able to export your Pokemon back to the 3DS games to safe them. Those are my concerns.

I'm really waiting to see how Pokemon Home is implemented. I'm not upset yet but I'm definitely cautious and anticipating disappointment on that front, but we'll see.

I'm going to recommend it to a few friends, but I'm just going to sell my Switch and get a new OG one because they're releasing one with a better battery life and that's legitimately all I need.

 

Rhythm heaven was a crazy game. And so hard.

 

I absolutely love the turquoise hahaha it makes me wanna go to the beach and make shitty electronic music and that's kinda the look I want my Switch to have
