working all the hours this week just to be ready for mua 3 next week
My dad was so bad at the Pokémon card game
I have all the original 150 cards in a binder. Neeeeerrrrrrrrdddd
My wife is pretty good at it
You probably know this but there’s some cards in there that go for some sweet numbers
Only if they're 1st editions
Holding onto mine for if I ever have kids. Gonna force them to love Pokémon lol
I kept the holographic Charizard that I pulled from a pack and the crazy holographic Mew card. Sold everything else (and it was a lot) to a very excited kid at a garage sale when I was in high school.
My kids like Let's Go Eevee a lot
I give em no help or direction on it because I refuse to let them wander any less aimlessly than I did playing Pokemon Yellow in elementary school
This Is good parenting
When I worked with kids, they loved it when I talked about Pokémon with them. the other staff thought I was weird but I was just training a new generation.
i played yugioh in high school but was left super disenchanted by the actual scene at card shops and quit, some of the most odious people ive ever met.
i was heavy into the pokemon tcg some years back and played online all the time but never managed to get my friends into it.
this is exactly what id want kids for, id love to see how they solve issues like this, mainly because im not sure how i did it.
They made it through Mount Moon on their own but then they made an executive decision to go back through it again so they're in Pewter City right now
Yeah it’s gonna be Pokemon or French boarding school, up to them
we’re talking about card games in a Nintendo thread?
this is heaven.
release Magic Arena on Switch (use BOTW engine if needed). also I’ll def pick up the upcoming yugioh card game at some point
I made this happen forgive me
Yeah. I have a few but not any of the big ones. I'm happy to hold onto them forever though instead. Looking at them every once and a while is still so satisfying.
Yeah I couldn’t sell them either
yugioh strategy game for the GameCube tho >
I remember that game, it was such an oddball experience. It was cool though.
Are they old enough to read?
One is and one isn't, the one who is is the one who is steering obviously
