This was a trailer for the original Resident Evil even though the announcement was that 5 & 6 are coming to Switch and aren't horror games...

They legitimately just wasted everyone's time.

This was what got me the most. They gave BoTW fans a little boner pill for announcing the sequel is being made, which duh of course it is, with that teaser, but absolutely no update on SMT.

A lot of these announcements felt like regular direct announcements. This clearly was just a stop-gap year for E3 and everything worth mentioning is next year.

Out of the stuff today I'll definitely get the Zelda and Pokemon stuff, and Luigi's Mansion 3 instantly made me super nostalgic so I'll get that too (although I had no idea there was ever a second one lol)

 

Looks like the Breath of the Wild sequel is made by the same team that made BotW. This isn't Monolith's Zelda.

that's probably true, but from what I've heard is they're (also?) working on their very own Zelda.

can someone tell me what the structure of Luigi's Mansion is like? It sounds a bit like it has a case of the Metroids
