So I've never played the first Splatoon- how do these compare? Which one is better? I'm really loving this new game (and I finally own a second game for my Switch even though I got it on opening day lol)

 

I kind of can't believe I got an SNES Classic. I was fully expecting them to sell out in the time it took me to click the email link and actually make the preorder. Bots are the bane of fans' existence these days. But I got it. Honestly I was bummed about not getting an NES Classic but not as bummed as I would have been if I missed this one.

 

Hoping this is good. Does it upscale to the new TVs correctly? Assuming it does but just asking.

I joined the splatoon 2 competitive discord

and they are talking strategy and like numbers and all that and it's crazy

 

Just played my first couple of rounds of Splatoon 2. It's so good. Also I'm not trying to be an ass, but I'm fucking killing it, haha. I do miss the WiiU map feature though.

 

The more I hear/see people talking about Splatoon 1 the more I get the feeling that most of the criticism is fundamentally misguided. People want Splatoon to be a game that it is not designed to be.
