Why would people want to play that

 

My physical copy will be here tomorrow, so I'm really looking forward to diving into this new (to me) Zelda game.

 

I haven't played it in 8 or 9 years until now and it kind of feels like a new game to me. The dungeons are insanely good. Probably the best in the series.

 

The best dungeons in the series are in BotW

I don't have any new game to play right now so I beat Yoshi's Island for the first time and made sure to get 100 on every level.

Now I'm bored. I don't want to buy Skyward Sword. I could just hook up my Wii if I want to play that again. What game should I get?

Here's what I've already played: BotW, Odyssey, Animal Crossing, Pokemon Shield, Pokemon Snap, Luigi's Mansion 3, Pokemon Yellow, Link's Awakening.

Just finished Skyward Sword HD. Currently back into waiting for BOTW2 for my next Zelda.

Wow, Golf Story seems like something I would really enjoy. Thanks guys. I wish there was a hard copy available, I don't like to pay for digital only things but at least it's cheap.

 

There was a hard copy available for a while. Doubt it’s still in print but I could be wrong

 

Try Best Buy. It was Limited Run Games release originally, but Best Buy carries some LRG releases.

 

I just filled in the Nintendo customer survey for MHS2 and this is what I got at the end (plus 30 platinum coins)

 

All those year long rumours of the ‘Pro’ Switch actually turned out to be close to the Steam Deck.

 

So I used a most of the points I had saved up on absol and I’m not a fan lol I just was curious because I didn’t see many people using it in battles and I’m just getting recked every time I use it. Welp.

@Shakriel let me know when you want to play together, idk if anyone else here is playing but maybe we could get a whole team

 

Played Skyward Sword all weekend, loving it.

 

The linearity complaints are dumb

 

The only thing I don’t love is the sword fighting controls against the big bosses. It’s really tough for it to register the whole “swing from the opposite direction you’re pointing” concept imo

 

Yeah it's not perfect, I realized the game gives you more time than you think it would to pull off the right direction to swing, when I slow everything down I do it a TON better.

The last boss I did last night was so so fun, the boss where you get the first flame for your sword. What a blast.
