Playing XC makes me wonder just how many people have bought XC games before because they're published by Nintendo and HATED it. They're not exactly the most accessible rpgs ever.

 

I just got to Makna Forest. I have put far too much time into the game through the last two days.

 

I do like XC2’s combat a little more because of what someone here described as the rhythm game influence. I kinda forgot how much more MMORPG-ish the combat feels here. Still great though.

Honestly there isn’t a single thing I prefer in XC2. I guess the graphics are better but that’s just by virtue of the console it first released on.

 

how do i unlock appearances? do i just buy the armor from the store or are those unlocked in a different way?

i have some new appearances unlocked but im not sure how they are triggered. as an MMO guy this is very very important to me
