Hoping it’s the same here. San Antonio may be the 7th largest city in the states but we act and get treated like we have a population of 500.

 

Seems like supply is pretty high and most people are getting them but worried when release date comes we will all get delayed due to not having enough supply lol

 

I had a chance to switch to Best Buy and do midnight release but theres a part of me that loves checking up on an order status every 5 mins when something is being delivered to me so I stuck with Walmart lol.

 

Finally got the confirmation email

 

A total of five hours of refreshing, queuing and site crashes I think I fuckin got one

I’ve been told nobody has been getting their confirmation emails so I’m holding out hope it doesn’t get cancelled

 

Took about 40 minutes to get my email

 

Got it with the pro controller. Breathing easy

 

Got my preorder in irl at GameStop

 

You’d think if you have an order number you should have an order. Tried contacting them?

Would love the pro controller but tbh not really sure I care about having a chat button that much lol it seems like the Switch 1 pro controller should be functionally the same otherwise right?

 

The new one has paddels, but I don't really see who those are for on Switch

 

Yeah same. Plus I have an 8bitdo Ultimate controller which is basically a pro controller with paddles anyways

 

Looks like the order button says June 05, so maybe no preorders on it? Idk

 

I think that's just saying the release date and not related. lol

 

I'm gonna cry if it's like when they launched the N64 switch controller and gave zero notice other than a random tweet saying the sales were up haha. I somehow got lucky and saw that tweet immediately and got one, but that was extreme luck on my part

 

If you can follow Wario64 somewhere, I would. Fastest way to find shit out really. I'll obviously continue to share in here when I see stuff, but Wario is a god in this industry.
