I didn’t even check the date but that’s a Monday? I’ve never heard of anyone observing the Monday as an official holiday, at least not in the US.

Nintendo Switch Game Compatibility with Nintendo Switch 2 - Nintendo US Current incompatibility list. Luckily the only one I have is Fall Guys and I don't really play that game anyways. Seems Nintendo is actively working to resolve as many as they can, though. It's not a set in stone list.
In the worst (or best) timing, my Switch will not turn on. It won't charge. It's just dead. I can't figure it out. Time for an upgrade?
You should still be able to transfer all of the data, so… no big loss unless you were planning on selling your Switch
I don’t know why I even watched that direct, lol. The attach rate for MKW to the Switch 2 is going to be near Wii Sports levels. I have minor concerns about the frame rate though…looked a little hitchy at times with a lot on the screen. Hopefully something an early patch can address, given that they are touting 120fps mode for this.
I wonder why certain games that are in a series, like Just Dance 2019, are affected but not the other games in that series
