If they were doing a direct adaptation of twilight princess then sure, but I don’t think she looks like any other iteration of Zelda besides the one in TP.

Worst case scenario though: Nintendo tries to adapt any of the games. That will not work for a 2 hour film. Hopefully they cook up something original

 

if they do something original, it'll obviously have to still maintain a strong connection to the stories of existing games, otherwise they risk pissing off core fans (i.e. the Halo series)

I agree but the problem is that almost each game has its own continuity in a way. It will be tough to find a balance.

I think the best way would be to write a story that fits in the timeline of the series and reference events from past games, but don’t try to attempt to re-live OoT or anything like that

 

Very glad no one in here is in charge of casting, then again, Nintendo getting Chris Pratt doesn't fill me with much hope.

It shouldn't be live action.

I’m ultimately tolerating any of the suggestions so far EXCEPT for jack black. Holy hell he’s awful in general, but would be uniquely terrible as ganondorf.

I think the only remasters I'd want as much as TP/WW, would be the Oracle games being remade in however way they want. I trust them.

 

Hey if you want to pay $70 for a remaster of a single game that is fine. Just saying adding in some extras would be nice to gamers to justify the price.
