Nintendo announced the switch sold 4 million in Q4 of 2024 for a total of 11 million sold in 2024. Switch has now sold over 150 million units, only 5 behind DS and 10 behind PS2 (unless Sony finds another 5 million PS2s somewhere decades later)

 

Switch 2 direct is officially at 6am PT/9am EST on April 2nd.

Would love a new Star Fox. 64, Adventure, and Assault are all fantastic.

 

I just want a new entry like Star Fox 64 that I can pick up and go for an hour or so that offers repeat play.

Never mind, I found it. Sounds like it's not going away so much as it can't be used for Switch 2 titles, which frankly, doesn't surprise me.

I would expect eventually they'd either extend the program or replace it though.

I got it from GameStop at midnight when it came out

 

Never had one, the original DS was my last Nintendo handheld until the Switch

 

My ex gave me one for Christmas that year.

 

I wish they weren't so damn expensive used :( apparently they're like the easiest console to hack haha
