But what about a game like Contra 4, where both screens form one level? Ha ha I kid, Konami would never put it up there.
Also the DS touchscreens are different from a lot of modern touchscreens and it doesn’t quite work for touchscreen-heavy games
Most exciting thing to me about the Switch 2 reveal is that I think the redesign of DK suggests that there will be a new DK game announced as well.
Agreed. The Switch has everything - dockable, handheld, motion controls, regular controls... What more could we want other than some solid upgrades? They've been a smash success.
The Switch is the apex of everything Nintendo has made up to now, and to throw that away to surprise a bunch of fucking ding-dongs would be a huge tactical error.
Just had a thought. Should be interesting to see if a Switch 2 Lite is even possible. I know the current Lite sells well, but not sure they'll be able to get the performance they want in an even smaller handheld
I never finished Dread, and got stuck on the latter half of the game. I thought about starting it over and what I am doing instead is playing Zero Mission. After that I will do Super Metroid, then Fusion, and then finally Dread. Metroid and Metroid II don't have maps so I will probably not do those on this run.
Samus Returns isn't on NSO because it is 3DS and I don't want to play an emulated or bootleg version.
Need their new pro controller to be as good as the og switch one. Probably my favorite controller ever
People when Nintendo puts out a console with a gimmick: “I hate this gimmick, I just want better performance!” People when Nintendo doesn’t do a gimmick: “Where’s the gimmick? Nintendo used to do crazy, cool stuff” or something like that
