My main worry is that a modern graphics OoT's map is going to feel small. That map in 1998 was revolutionary, but now with how gigantic BOTW map is I fear it's gonna feel weird.
The character model looks weird and deformed. I truly don't see the point of this remake without an interesting art style. I don't understand why people want to see a hyper-realistic Link and Hyrule. That just seems so weird and uncanny valley.
it's a single still of him sleeping. it looks slightly uncanny to me upon first glance, but it's not horrible. we have no clue what gameplay will look like, and for all we know, it could end up looking great. just have to be patient.
I'm hoping it'll be a full remake that changes things like that a bit, rather than being the exact same game with updated graphics, but we'll see!
They'll have to add content because of the emptiness of the world and for modern players to feel like it's worth their time.
I have to believe Koizumi using the word "reborn" is hinting towards it being more than just a graphical update
One would hope but this is Nintendo after all lol. They very well could just bank on it not mattering since it's the highest rated game of all time. But I still think it's highly likely they do add content
Thank God we still have the original and it's still fun to play today. With the exception of mechanical changes I don't think most games need remakes.
There's been some pretty strong hints and leaks that it's a retelling of Ocarina of Time so I would suspect it's got new features otherwise quite literally what is the point?
it looks like that unreal engine mario meme. navi is probably going to be even more annoying and hand holdy
Starfox remake. OoT remake. Damn just remake Harvest Moon 64 and that's my childhood trinity of most played N64 games .
What if Navi actually has a fairy body instead of being a glowing circle haha. (I don't think I'd like that)
They put out a fuller trailer for the Switch 2 Edition of Xenoblade 1 and the new go karts have different stats and racing challenges. What a weird, wonderful series.
Lmao. If they added that as a hidden toggle somewhere I totally would flip that on for the laughs. It's just a hyper realistic Danny Devito.
