Yeah man the switch 2 update makes it look so fucking good, I’ve had that and TOTK in my catalog about never touched them. Figured the switch 2 was a perfect time to change that
I also got that flashiibo device off the internet mostly for ACNH but it does come in handy for Zelda too
Planning on grabbing the BOTW switch 2 version this fall. Need a nice long break. I’ve beaten it twice, but it’s been years. Really excited to see how it hits me after completing tears.
I've thought aboutf playing it again on Switch 2, but I feel like I'd hate going back after being able to fuse weapons in Tears.
I’m curious how it’ll feel. Weapon fusions were rad but I also really enjoyed getting killer weapons in BOTW. Once you start smoking Lynel’s it’s kind of just those weapons over and over again. IMO the biggest bummer will be arrow attachments. Loved farming tons of bomb flowers once I figured out wha Poe’s do.
I went ahead and upgraded my Mario Wonder to the Switch 2/Bellabel Park edition thinking it would be cool. What the fuck? I was thinking its online stuff would be like Mario Kart online where you can easily matchup with random people and play. Nope. That isn't a thing for this game. $20 well wasted.
Marvel Cosmic Invasion is $22 digital rn for Switch 2. I was gonna get a physical edition but this is rad so I'm getting it.
Well, in the main campaign, there's now a Captain Toad tent in each world and it takes you to a Koopaling boss fight. So, that's kinda neat since I've always been a big fan of the Koopalings. But the fights are really easy and are more of a creative spectacle than they are a challenge. And there's a Toad you can talk to in the new section of the game that lets you do challenges. It's decent. Completing challenges will give you a new currency to spend on flowers and other collectibles for the park. That stuff is fine. My issue is that there's a shit ton of new mini games or whatever, but you can't play any of them unless you have local players in the room with you. Or if you have real life friends online that happen to play the game as well. There's no online match-making feature. You basically have to call up your buddies who have the game (I know nobody) and create a virtual room or something and have people join that way. It appears there are no public rooms to join random people.
Ah yep, I gotcha. My wife and I played through Wonder on co-op back when it came out, so maybe some of that stuff would be fun for 2 players locally.
Yeah, this upgrade pack should be good for you then. I'm legit envious of you married couples that game together. lol
