I used a DS XL and I still believe that’s partially why Gen 5 looked extremely pixelated. The battles looked great, however. Unova is a great region with a lot to do and see, and Ghetsis was the last antagonist I actually enjoyed. The seasons were also a fun touch. An HD Unova would be outstanding.
Let me save people a click. EA Sports FC 25 Tekken 8 Red Dead (1 or 2?) Mario Kart 9 a new 3D Mario an unknown Take 2 game None of this is confirmed. None of it based on anything approaching reliable.
Seems like everyone is now saying the Switch 2 reveal will be this Thursday, Jan 16th, but that it will focus primarily on the hardware. A direct in late feb/early march will focus on the software.
Yeah Wario64 finally posted the about it and VGC is corroborating the reports as well. I'd imagine the info is credible at this point.
i wanna see what its game ecosystem looks like before committing to it, but i'm intrigued to get at least a few details.
I’ll preorder at a GameStop the way I did with the first Switch. I didn’t have any problems for the launch
This might be the first video game console in forever that I buy on day one and not off of someone else.
sorry I am having one of those days where I feel I only get half my thoughts out, my full sentence was gonna be Funnily enough at this point we know what the fucking hardware, we need to know what the fuck they're launching with since the only game(s) on their docket right now are XCX (heh) and MP4. I'm sure we'll catch glimpses in the trailer, but this is one of those rare nintendo presentations where we ... really need tech specs? like that's what this is. a spec bump. a cutesy "I can play Doom Eternal on a rooftop" will hardly blow anyone's socks off.
Could they be focusing on tech because they want to get across to the average consumer that it’s a new console? I’m always the one to bring it up, but I think the Wii U release really fucked them up.
what are the lessons though? here's my take: - do a proper zelda early - do a proper mario early - don't have a dumb name about right?
On the Switch's launch day I was able to walk into a Fred Meyer's (grocery store) and buy one on the way to work. I'll definitely be preordering this one, though.
I don’t think I got my Switch until a month or two after. And it was only because I randomly stumbled on some stock when I was walking around Target for other stuff.
