Switch 2 edition of BOTW is awesome. I didn't notice a single frame drop in my playthrough. Lost Woods and Kakariko were noticeably choppy on the Switch
Me too actually. I continued to buy games but never played them. Until BOTW and then after that I played for a while but I’m in a phase of not gaming again
I played BOTW switch 2 edition in November for a couple weeks but took a break. It does feel like a brand new game
i stills haven't beat TOTK yet so i just continued my Switch 1 progress when i upgraded to Switch 2. will definitely go back and play BOTW again though. only time i opened it was to check out how well it ran. hopped on the cycle from the DLC and drove around a few minutes. solid performance.
I'll be honest, I'm just not that interested in the Switch 2 yet, Which is wild for me. Nothings really speaking to me about it
Yeah I sold mine after I was done with prime 4. Hate the hardware and not to keen on any current or upcoming game. Hoping I can resist duskbloods.
The Switch 2 catalog is currently lacking but the performance boost was enough for me to be happy with the purchase. New games will come. I just hope that Nintendo's reported big bet on third-party support doesn't mean we'll be seeing fewer first-party games this gen.
Never played any Zelda game ever but have BOTW Switch 2 version ready for me. Just need to finish some other games first before I dive into it
already have it preloaded on the system (the Switch 2 upgrade, that is – not the 3.0 content). not sure when i'll get a chance to hop in though.
Yeah the switch 2 catalog isn’t as great as the Switch 1 was during its first year, but I’m fine with that. I’m expecting some good stuff for Zelda’s 40th and Pokémon’s 30th this year.
The studio head of Larian did a Reddit AMA recently and it doesn't sound like a BG3 Switch 2 port is happening anyime soon unfortunately. "We would have loved to, but it was out of our hands"
Been chipping away at the Lurien village side quest in TOTK and it’s the first time I’ve felt the magic from my BOTW runs. Fully loving it at this point. also I’m feeling the temptation to pick up a couple Amibos to sprinkle into our bookshelves. Seems like used ones are not nearly as outrageous as the new ones out price wise.
