i was running through my head of franchises that could easily slide into this model with a reskin, and Pokemon sounds pretty feasible (my mind also went to Splatoon and Pikmin, but they both just got new games)

 

pokemon or animal crossing i think.

 

i'd love to see a new Animal Crossing game, but based on the info of the playtest, i don't think this gameplay style would suit the franchise well

Why is Mario Sunshine the best Mario game

Okay. It's a good game, but it is not the best Mario. I do respect the opinion though.

 

It's the worst 3D solo Mario

I wouldn't say it's the worst, but it's second to worst for sure.

Galaxy - 10/10
Odyssey - 9.5/10
64 - 9/10
Sunshine - 8/10
3D World - 7/10

 

Someone made a mod for Sunshine recently that basically makes a whole new game out of it that I'm interested to try.

 

Damn that’s a hard one, but Galaxy and Odyssey are probs my fav

 

I've never played Galaxy or Wonder. Never finished Sunshine or 64.

Actually don't really care about the mainline Mario games now that I think about it

Mario Galaxy is a top 5 game of all time. Argue with a wall if you disagree

 

Game makes me completely motion sick. I greatly prefer Odyssey.

 

I just wish there was a Mario game as good as Luigi’s Mansion
