Historically don’t love rougelikes. Couldn’t get in to Dead Cells. Is Hades worth a look anyways now that it’s cheap cheap cheap?
I’m so sad that Extremely OK Games (Celeste dev) had to cancel what would have been their next game. Celeste is top five all time for me.
Oh damn that was yesterday. Boo. Wish I bought it yesterday, I would have tried it in that case but I don't care enough to buy at full price
Currently have a Switch 2 + Mario Kart World + Donkey Kong Bananza bundle saved in my Amazon cart for $518. Waiting on my next paycheck to see if I wanna pull the trigger on that
every single time i'm reminded that Tennis Fever game exists, i forget about it completely like ten minutes later ain't no way that game doesn't underperform at that price
how did first-party sports titles like that sell on the first Switch? they seemed like no-brainers with systems like the GameCube and Wii (particularly with motion controls), but i'm genuinely curious about their sales during the last couple of console life cycles. don't know how often people reach for them on the Switch family of systems, so charging $70 for one without some massive uptick in innovation feels a little odd, especially if they haven't sold as well as other titles
I've been on a quest to buy (almost) every voucher-eligible game before the vouchers go away next month and I'm almost done. Last week I I bought the Mario Sports games, they were that far down my list.
Bought the Switch 2 with the Mario Kart Worlds bundle from target for $449. Going to pick up Pokemon Legends ZA too and surprise the family with all of it.
is it still going for that much? my sister is considering picking one up for her husband for his birthday in a couple months, and they both love Mario Kart
I could have sworn I recently saw a fan-based Nintendo news account on Twitter and they said that the production of the Mario Kart World bundle is ceasing production soon
