Idk, maybe my expectations are just different but I thought the bike gameplay looked cool. Sure, the planet looked a little empty but I’m not expecting like, big open world with lots of side quests. It’s Metroid, lol.

I also loved Prime 3, so maybe I’m easy to please.

 

I didn't really have interest in the Prime games and I thought the bike gameplay/combat looked cool as hell but I guess it also may be that I'm not the audience for what the game usually offers, I dunno

 

Bike combat? More like Metron, am I right?

Hmm apparently if you buy the Galaxy games individually, they're $40 each. Feels kind of steep for a Wii game.

 

Yeah I’ll probably just pay $70 for the physical copy even though I already have 3D all stars tbh

I was expected the individual games to be like $20 lol

 

Same, especially considering we got 3 games for $60 in 3D All Stars haha.

 

Will definitely be scooping galaxy 1&2, Metroid, and probably the tennis game.

 

Played some of the DK DLC. Not sure how much mileage I’ll get out of it.

 

I blame myself. Nintendo knew I’d spend nearly full price for Galaxy 2 and capitalized on it

 

Is there a new story? I’m interested in DK island but I let a buddy borrow the game so I can’t get the DLC right now

 

Final Fantasy VII physical edition for switch 2 comes with a good amount of content (except the game on the cart lol)

 

I have a weakness for the unhinged side of Nintendo that takes over every now and then and this was properly unhinged

 

I am sorry, I was driving when the direct happens but I am also very excited about Fatal Frame 2!!!!

it looks cute and cozy in a way i appreciate. my partner is now considering picking up a Switch 2 because of it and Z-A

 

Also mouse controls finally for Stardew on Switch! I didn't even think of that possibility.

I love that the Yoshi's Island games are still going on. Last one was very underrated.

 

I love that it doesn't even look like a traditional platformer. Feels like it's very much its own thing.

Anyone get the Bananza DLC yet?

 

You can do the same exact thing with the Wii version in Dolphin emulator though, it's very low effort to just flip a switch to bump it to 1080p. Nintendo didn't really do anything other than emulation and getting gyro working with it, that whole collection was pretty lazily done haha

 

I love Galaxy and I'm going to buy Galaxy 2, I just don't think the $40 price tag is warranted. It's not a huge deal to me, it just seems excessive
