I did the Edelgard route then the Claude route but never got around to the Blue Lions both times I poached spouses from the Blue Lions tho
Golden deer is the only one I haven’t done yet. That said, having played it twice, it’s fair to say three houses is without a doubt one of my top 5, possibly top 3 favorite video games of all time. Just an absolute joy in every regard
Agreed. I’ve played all four routes and did the DLC within one of those. have I said I like fire emblem
Just bought Nintendo 2 for my son's birthday (September). Told my wife to get me Madden for my birthday. Will give the original Switch to my daughter. Everybody wins.
yeah i also slept way past the indie direct lol Mina the Hollower is the game i'm most looking forward to- glad there's a demo. not much else new info for that one tho. Ball Pit does looks fun, i like what they're doing w that old game (i forget what its called) there wasn't a HUGE amount in that direct that i'm super interested in tho-
Just bought a 1st gen switch from a friend for me and my 8 year old. Any tips on the best way to fill it with games? Download, ebay, gamestop, etc. Surprised how many games are still full price online even years after release. Not opposed to buying games used, either.
For anyone that missed it, UFO 50 is out on Switch now. If you have any love for the 8-bit/16-bit era, you owe it to yourself to check the game out. Feels like a once in a lifetime gaming experience.
I buy used games for my son at GameStop though I prefer digital because I’m lazy and don’t wanna change the cartridge lol. Anything nintendo will be full price or close to it if you buy it new but there are sometimes decent deals around holidays or throughout the year. Deku deals is great to review for deals and where they are Deku Deals - Nintendo Switch price tracking and wishlist notifications
I would also make use of the voucher system while it still lasts. It's not much of a discount, but it's better than a sharp stick in the eye.
Been playing Pokemon Emerald for the last few days because I had a dream that I wanted to play it. It's made me realize that the people making pokemon games today dont know why pokemon games are fun. All the quality of life changes that theyve made in recent years to make it easier and easier to train up a competition viable Poke have made the games worse imo. The best part of a Pokemon game is the connection you have with your team and that is so much stronger when you have to train each mon individually. I think they should roll back a lot of those changes and instead add things to make the relationships with your pokemon feel more unique. In the post game you should be able to instantly create the pokemon you want, but while you are on your pokemon adventure, the relationship with your team is the most important part.
Once I get a Switch 2, is it easy to transfer your digital games from your 1 to 2? I just checked and the SD card I have in my 1 is not compatible with 2. I just want to continue playing games I bought from the store on a new device.
