well damn. I didn't get a Switch until a year after it came out solely for Octopath. Guess I'm gonna have to get a Switch 2 for the new Octopath
Not too much in there for me. I’ll probably get pac man to play with my son, final fantasy tactics, Star Wars outlaws, and maybe that new square enix game. Wish I was into octopath traveler but it’s too difficult for me lol.
It holds up really well, I just wish the NSO version had gyro controls for aiming stuff. Especially since the GCN controller apparently has gyro in it
The amount of time I spent throwing explosive rocks at the environment in the 2nd level in Bananza is absurd
all I can say is after playing a turn based game where buffing and debuffing are what makes or breaks the battle for you (i.e. shin megami tensei), I now ALWAYS buff and debuff in turn based games and it basically breaks the game for me, once I did this in the first octopath it became a much easier game to get through. I still have my issues with the first game (everyones story being disconnected and not that much party interaction) had me not really love the game or get the sequel (ive heard they fixed a lot in the sequel) but have SO many other jrpgs I want to play. TLDR; try buffing and debuffing the enemies youll prob have a WAY easier time with fights
Nintendo Switch Pricing Update - News - Nintendo Official Site Wellp. Happened in Canada. Was bound to happen here, too
me, under the foolish assumption that the old systems would go DOWN in price after a new console comes out.....
like, i know that tariffs probably come into account here, but this looks (and is) so shitty and greedy
I’ve never paid attention before but how long does the previous gen console usually stay in production once the latest one is out?
depends on how popular the previous gen was Im pretty sure they stopped production of the PS2 like half way through the ps3's run, given how popular the OG switch is I assume itll be the same, unless sales slow down due to exclusives releasing only for switch 2 due to the power difference
