Do the game vouchers count towards switch 2 games like mkw? If I can get a voucher for some of these $80 joints then I def will stock up
Of which only ~10 songs are returning from the original games :( No Darth Maul or Wolverine anymore, either. But I guess you can unlock a ninja turtle lol
Tf is the difference between the Tony hawk digital deluxe and standard version on switch 2? $50 I can stomach. $70 for a remake of a game I can play on my phone not so much
From Nintendo's website: The Doom Slayer and The Revenant playable skaters, each includes 2 secret moves. The Doom Slayer includes 2 unique outfits and the Unmaykr Hoverboard skate deck. - Additional songs included with the in-game soundtrack - Exclusive Doom Slayer, Revenant, and Create-a-Skater skate decks - Exclusive themed Create-a-Skater Items
i don't know if any future (non 2) games are gonna be eligible for those vouchers so as of right now at least i'm glad i've gotten all the games i'm interested in from it
Tony Hawk on portable is pretty sweet, but jeeze, like 3-5 minutes of playing and I'm down from 100 to 95% battery
that's disappointing to hear :( i really feel like nintendo fumbled on the nm process for the processor and we'll see a mariko type revision sooner rather than later, fucking over all initial purchasers.
Yeah and I've already done the whole booting into recovery mode to recalibrate the battery process that Nintendo has recommended. Very disappointed, this thing is definitely going to die on me on my flight at the end of the month haha. But TH definitely seems to be a bigger drain than BOTW Switch 2 Edition, anyways. Maybe worse than Mario Kart World, too.
I'm assuming not having seen them game that they're probably using some sort DLSS to get to the 1080p of the portable screen, using cores not used during either Zelda or Mario Kart, as they're reaching their resolutions natively, thus using more wattage.
That's true I think I did read this game uses DLSS. And I guess it's unsurprising that a cross platform game wouldn't be as optimized as a first party title
Well, it's nearly double the cost of my Onn card, but if people are desperate for a 512 GB Express card, SanDisk has one on Amazon now: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DTQ35NH6/?tag=absolutepunk-20 EDIT, oh, Walmart has it at $78. Much more reasonable lol. SanDisk® 512GB GamePLAY microSD Express Card - Works with Nintendo Switch™ 2, Up to 880MB/s Read, Up to 650MB/s Write - SDSQXFN-512G-AW6ZN - Walmart.com
Btw I will say it's cool seeing how good TH looks in handheld mode since there is such a limited amount of Switch 2 exclusives and I don't have a game like Cyberpunk. Things like reflections on the tile floors in the Airport stage and off of puddles look really good. Ray tracing maybe?
I’m playing on Xbox, but either way I don’t like the art direction of this remake. It looks good, but it doesn’t look like THPS.
