won an online knockout round for the first time last night and now I’m really hooked

 

Knockout and Balloon Battle are so much fun. I’m really excited to see what they add to this game over time because the game has so much they can do with it and I’d shell out extra cash for some DLC to keep the game fresh.

 

I missed it by a few minutes, made a sad day even sadder

 

I was avoiding some P Switch challenges because I didn't want to do all of them at once and run out of things to do, but it turns out there are almost 400 of them lmao

Got one ordered from Best Buy, finally.

 

My Nintendo invite got sent to me the day after launch and my email never notified me at all. Thank God I got mine from Walmart earlier because I would have totally missed my shot. Nintendo is so dumb sometimes. So is Gmail.

 

Has anyone noticed that in handheld, it takes a few seconds to register pressing A when you first try to unlock the device? Kind of annoying

 

Mine hasn't done that yet actually, I hope it doesn't start

 

The invite is attached to your Nintendo account so I’m guessing no one could just give away their invite right? Lol

Yeah I have to press A 1 or 2 times before it it gives me the "Press the same button three times" prompt in the screen. Oh well haha

 

Nintendo invite is my last hope but I haven’t won anything since paramore tickets in 2014 lol

 

Theoretically when buying mine I could have just entered someone else’s shipping info. That’s the only way I could really see someone “giving away” their invite.

 

Is your storage very full?

 

Nah. I have 80 GB left internally and over 300 GB left on my SD. There's also a delay for the screen to actually turn on when I press Home first from it being asleep

 

Maybe there will be a system update soon and it'll get fixed

 

Yeah I'm not too concerned about it heh just a very minor inconvenience :P

Yeah mine do it sometimes. Not too weird though, my phone does it too lol

 

Finally getting my switch 2 today. It’s been sitting with my other mail at my other house for almost 4 days.

Ironically the right joy con I’ve had since I got the OLED in 2021 broke yesterday. Fitting end and timing

 

Does anyone know if the switch 2 pro controller is worth it if I already have a switch 1 pro controller?

 

I like it better. Better feel in my hands, smoother joy sticks, I like the extra mappable buttons, and the OG doesn’t start the console with the home button.
