I like in the newer Pokemon games when you get to the final battle and your opponent is like “wow you really know how Pokemon types work” and I’m like um yeah I beat 8 gym leaders what do you think
Lol I started the Teal Mask DLC last night and knocked out the rival of the area's pokemon with a non-effective move and she still said the same thing.
How does knockout mode work? Lol. I played it last night one time and ended in 4th place, but idk what actually knocks you out
Haha orange cream soda is my favorite soda flavor period but definitely expected the coke to make it disgusting. But it works!
I agree with everyone that says Scarlet over Arceus. 110% better and has more features overall. With the Switch 2 upgrade it plays like an actual game which is a huge difference from the Switch 1 version. I'm a little surprised people haven't just suggested waiting for Legends ZA because then you'd be getting in when it's really popular and you can play and trade with people and talk about the game. In order I would suggest these for modern consoles: Scarlet/Violet (new Switch 2 update makes it much better and has great DLC) Diamond/Pearl remakes (classic style pokemon) Let's Go Pikachu and Eevee (much different than the rest but if you like Pokemon Go it's the cleanest game to transition you in) Sword and Shield (way too easy and the rival is pretty bad) Arceus (not a bad game, just feels really empty and tedious, tons of text/dialogue, definitely feels like a prototype for a new pokemon formula) Enjoy your Pokemon adventure!
Is there any actual point to free roam mode in MKW aside from just exploring?? I saw a few places to hunt for blue coins but otherwise feels pretty aimless
The last four of each leg of the race get elongated There are challenges to complete by finding P switches and activating them. Maybe some other things but haven’t played that much yet.
So yeah I’m kind of wishing now that the launch title catalog was a bit bigger. I need DK. I’m not a big replay guy, so BOTW/TOTK aren’t doing a lot for me when I try. And I’m a snob who doesn’t really want to play anything that hasn’t been patched for the higher res/performance upgrades. Maybe I’m the problem.
Jealous of all who were just able to walk into a store and grab one. Went to a Best Buy and 2 targets during my lunch break today and no luck.
Costco has the new Pro Controller for 74.99 If you aren't a member theres a 5% surcharge.(Online order, don't think you can purchase in store at all without membership) Also Best Buy will price match this if you are inclined to do so. https://www.costco.com/nintendo-switch-2-pro-controller.product.4000371761.html
going from a launch day switch to this is blowing my mind. the side by side of them when I was doing the transfer was comical.
So weird how DK is coming out only a month later. But I did see some people say it had some framerate issues when demoing it, surprisingly enough
