Weirdly they're shipping it from Washington, to Ontario, Canada, and then back to the US? Haha

I’m not getting an SD card until I run into problems I think. I just delete games I don’t play.

Will be getting a 256 SD card tmrw, I'm gonna keep my OLED for now so I should be good for quite awhile

If I can ever find a 1TB then I'll probably ride with just the Switch 2

Well fuck. Mine's not getting delivered until Saturday now.

 

Since there is apparently a protective film that shouldn't be removed from the screen, I'm wondering if a screen protector would be risky? Like, if I fuck up putting it on and try to remove it, is it going to screw up the protective film underneath it

Doubt it, official Nintendo case also comes with a screen protector

 

I might just opt not to at this point. I never scratched my original Switch, and if I ever dropped it, I would think the joy sticks and buttons would protrude enough to prevent the screen hitting the ground

I saw people saying they did not even notice any sort of screen protector/film at the hands on events.

I would assume it’s an extremely cautious piece of fineprint that a lawyer suggested be included in the documentation.

 

Probably isn’t obvious. Like on TVs. They’re being overly cautious.
