9 is probably my favorite DQ and one of my favorite RPGs on DS

9 was actually very good, had a great job/skill system

 

Are the 2D "Tockington" quests exclusive to the Switch version of DQ11? I was randomly approached by one of those little invisible ghost dudes and he took me to the 2D world for some side quests. But I can't find any mention of it online anywhere. Am I going crazy?

 

It is exclusive to the Switch version, i'd imagine no body has done any work on a walkthrough for it yet. I'm still a bit confused with them, i'll find one of those dudes, enter the world and then have no idea what to do once in said world.

 

Anyone else playing Link's Awakening remake? I'm having a blast with it.

 

wife’s playing it but i watch her every now and then. it’s so adorable. as someone who hasn’t played or seen LA before it’s funny to see all the Nintendo characters in the game

 

I'm on the 7th dungeon, it's pretty fun. Isn't $50-60 fun but it's fun

 

I love it and finished it last night. The remake looks gorgeous. But yeah, I would have preferred a $40 price point.

 

Now that I know Walmart prices their games at $50.00 I'll never go anywhere else. Finding an employee who had the keys to open the Nintendo case was a hassle but it was worth it to get Link and DQ for $50.00. Also my girlfriend and I split the cost so it's basically like I only paid $25.00 for each game :)

tbh i think this thread is partly to thank for us meeting because back in 2012 we both followed each other on absolutepunk and then found out we lived a town away from each other and had mutual friends. then we met up at a Joyce Manor show and the rest is history

Finished it last game. One of my favorite games ever. Loved the remake!

Uhh, some of those games dont even take place in Hyrule.
