There's a new clip out that's basically just a lot of old footage with a couple of new moments with Zelda/Link. One where she's looking at a flower, one where they're riding off into the sun on horses. It's just so magnificent.

 

some of the wide shots they show in the trailer get me so excited every time i see them. game looks stunning haha

 

I was sick yesterday and couldn't leave my bed, all I wanted was the Switch.

 

I was just thinking, Nintendo should come out with their own Swiss watch.

Has anyone in here played TowerFall Ascension? It is my favorite couch multiplayer game in the world, endlessly playable to me. While at my buddy's place this past weekend, I really wanted to play it but only had my laptop, so I tried to get some Wiimotes working on it. I did, but could't solve the issue of no right analog stick. I then tried to set the gyroscope in the Wiimote to emulate it, so you could tilt left to aim up/right to aim down or vice-versa. No luck. I'd kill to see a version for Switch with this option in order to make it playable with Joycon. Game has Nintendo written all over it.

 

Only have to save up $82 more and my Switch preorder is paid!

I had a few hundred in Amazon credit from the holidays all ready for a Switch, I'm all set.

Getting more and more excited about fooling around with the console itself (instead of just extremely hyped for Zelda) even if I'm about 95% sure I'll only use it for Zelda for a couple months.

 

I've already accepted that last part as well. If we get Mario this year i think i will overall be happy with the purchase.

 

There's some stuff here and there announced that I'll grab (Puyo Puyo Tetris, I could always use another copy of Shovel Knight, Splatoon 2, Fire Emblem Warriors) but yeah, I'm buying this because I want the best/a portable version of Zelda and because I know I need it for Mario in the fall.

 

Just rolled another set of 3 star heroes. I've never been this unlucky in a gacha game. This is so frustrating haha. I hate that out of all the gacha-based games the one that I really wanted to play gave me shitty pieces to work with.

 

i got a 5 star lyn yesterday which im really happy about since that's the hero i wanted most. this game has made me want to play some more fire emblem considering picking up brithright or just waiting for echoes

 

I assume there's no online pre orders anywhere for the switch right now - is there?

Yes! I've been watching the development of this game and I'm SO excited it's coming to the Switch. I hope the release date isn't too far off for this version.

 

Yeah, Hollow Knight seems like it'll be awesome. I'd be very pleased if the Switch could replace my Vita as a portable indie machine.

 

I've played a load of A Link To The Past today, started the game from the beginning and I've just got to the Dark World. I'm hoping to finish it before the switch comes out as I've never played it before (only played OOT previously). I'm so ready for March 3rd to come round now though.
