So tbqh I've never really played an RPG like this before. Is it safe to say that if I like this, I'll like octopath?

 

Is it possible to connect the switch to WiFi where you have to go to a login screen on a browser? Example being hotel or airport?

 

i think they added support for that. could be wrong

I’ve never played a Mario game that was released before Galaxy. I’m playing Super Mario World now and this is so much fun. I feel reborn.

 

Might be a dumb question, but are the NES and SNES games downloaded to your switch? Or do you need to be on wifi to play them.

 

You need to be online to play them but you can download games to play offline, however they need to be re-authenticated every 7 or 10 days by connecting to the internet

Probably yes. Also you’d probably like the new Dragon Quest, especially the 2D mode.

playing the original Mario, Super Mario World and Mario Maker 2 within a single week is also a very interesting experience

i started a game of lost levels and after a few minutes just went fuck that

 

not even Mario 64? i never played galaxy and sunshine but i’ve played the NES, SNES and the DS, Wii U, etc

 

I think I've played most solo Mario games aside from the Galaxy games

Mario 64 DS was such a good remake

 

I think I've played them all apart from lost levels and Galaxy 2

Heads up to those playing BoF, use a guide lol, this game is not very linear at times at all

oh god I dont even remember the back half haha, its probably been over 15 years since ive played this! I love seeing all the monsters I remember every single one I run into

 

I went to this at Summerfest, it's really fun! Just be prepared for that tent to smell like sweaty kids lol.

Nope. I only had a PlayStation and PS2 as a kid. I got Mario Galaxy for the Wii and loved it though.
