Shipping a multiplayer game w/o ping in the year of the lord 2019 just sounds insane to me.

We are sitting waiting on a hurricane here so I am legit going to rotate between RoR and Astral Chain the next 4 days and am v happy on that

 

I am somewhat tempted to get some sort of battery backup for the Switch during the storm. They are predicting a minimum of a week without electricity.

I finished Bastion and it was way too short. I’m onto Transistor now and am in awe. The music and aesthetic are amazing. The combat and upgrading is taking a bit to getting used to though. I hope this is longer. So fun so far.

 

hahaha transistor is one of my fav games ever but unfortunately (for you) it’s shorter than Bastion

 

Anyone here play The World Ends With you on Switch? I have questions

 

It was one of my favourite DS games but I played it on Switch for maybe 2 hours

 

Some games are better with two screens and it's definitely one of them

 

1. In the DS version, outside of combat you can use the d-pad to run around. Is this possible in the Switch version?

2. Do the touch controls on Switch work or is it spotty?

 

I know the combat has been dumbed down but I don’t care about that

 

It's all touch screen. The touch controls work but I don't think they translate to good gameplay.

 

Never heard of it before, but I picked up Yo-Kai Watch for the 3DS from Five Below the other day. So far it's been pretty entertaining.

 

Lol wow. That’s a huge franchise, or was at least. The new one for Switch looks amazing.

 

@The Lucky Moose I've seen people say the Switch TWEWY is a port of the android/iOS version so that'll probably put you off

 

So is astral chain the best game of all time?
