I haven't played Freedom Planet, swords and soldiers 2, Runbow, or Nano Assault. So you could surprise me with one of those, and I would greatly appreciate it.

 

Yeah it is dumb, and there is no good reason why they couldn't have dual audio. I guess I'm just happy to have any voice acting in Zelda

 

If Steps can take Shantae can Chili and Circa cjoose which games you both want so we can get this all set up.

 

whadda think circa? what do you want most? i'd say for me swords and soldiers and nana assault are probably the two i'm most interested in.

Am I the only one that hopes there is an option for no voice acting in BotW? The English voice acting sounds lazy and I don't know enough German to play the entire game in it. I'd rather just go without any VA.

 

That's not happening. Fantasy Life 2 has been confirmed as a city builder for iOS and Android. That series is done.

 

From what I've heard I'd rather have no voice acting than the English.

 

Really debating trading in my Wii U this week. GameStop is offering $50 extra in trade credit on Wii Us for folks who preordered the Switch. Puts it at $170 trade credit for the system, and with games I'd pay the whole thing off.

 

I'd easily do it if there was backwards compatibility. But sadly there isn't

 

Yeah, I feel ya. However, we only ever turn it on for Pokken Tournament anymore, which is very stale and almost certainly going to get a "complete" edition on the Switch. Most of the other Wii U exclusives we love have been ported to 3DS or Switch, the only two exceptions coming to mind being 3D World and Tropical Freeze. It also would help me justify the purchase given that I'm buying a car in a couple of months that's gonna bring a high insurance premium -_-

 

I'm on the fence about mine as well. Mostly play Mario Kart and Smash. Obviously mario kart I'm covered for and I'm sure there will be smash before long. It'll be hard convincing my wife who lovesssss Yoshis wolly world and pikmin 3

 

Until Bayonetta 2 is on another platform, my Wii U stays

I still haven't even played Tropical Freeze. I'm sticking with my Wii U for a while.

 

My girlfriend decided we can't sell the Wii U because it's the dedicated Zelda box. It's how we play Wind Water, Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword. I guess it's a little ironic that were buying a switch on launch day for a new Zelda then. It would be awesome if I could just play these games on the switch, but Nintendo seems to think that consumer satisfaction is meant to be scored like golf, the lower the better. It's like they're incapable of learning.

 

I have such an embarrassing backlog of Virtual Console/Wii/Wii U games (I got the console in 2015 and it is my first Nintendo console since the Super Nintendo) that I probably won't even move to the Switch until 2018 at the earliest.

 

It will be fine. Don't you remember the excellent English voice acting in Other M haha

I never played Other M, haha. I've heard that I made the right choice.

 

Plus all the VC games, the WiiU is also my Zelda machine.

 

Other M was really fun. I haven't played it since it came out though so I'm not sure it holds up
