That's because Disagea 5 does not even come close to using the power the PS4 (and even th Switch for that matter) has, it's a useless statement.

 

Shocker Disgaea was easily ported. Not exactly high-tier graphics going on there.

 

I've been pretty obsessed with amiibos lately. Hunting for deals is really fun. Walmart has some really cheap ones and you can get free shipping to the store.

 

Graphics aside, I'm pleased NIS seems supportive of the Switch because their brand of long-ass SRPGs is something I much prefer to play on a handheld. Hell, I'd buy Disgaea 5 again eventually if it drops cheap enough.

 

I'd be down for a new Disgaea on the Switch. It's a great game for portables.

I took my kid to Toys R Us yesterday and they had a buy one get one free deal going. They had a large variety of them too.

 

Do you open them? I kind of like them as cool little statues but I've never opened any of mine and I have damn near all of em. Lately I've been wanting to open them up

 

I have around 10-15 amiibos. 6 of them are still sealed. love them and can't wait to buy the BotW ones. I really don't enjoy collecting stuff like Funko Pop, and it's not like I'm maximizing the nfc part of the amiibo so I don't really know what drew me.

I'll have check that out. It looks like you can just cut the bottom out and slide it out

 

Yeah I open them immediately and throw away the box. I don't really care about their value or anything, just like looking at them haha.

The only thing I need to know is if it can play Netflix haha.

 

From what I understand, it will but not at launch.

 

I see. I wonder if there is a built-in browser and if that would work in the meantime.

i'm pretty excited for mario sports superstars. hopefully it does well and they do some cool mario sports games for the switch.

 

Woah, had no idea about this pikmin side scroller, sounds awesome.

 

Yeah I know investing in the Switch is a pricey proposition, and a lot of folks may not be able to afford it right away. At least you can get Zelda on the WiiU and and bunch of good support for the 3DS this year. Nintendo has made it easier for me to hold off on the Switch until Mario comes out. though I may get caught up in the hype, and jump in with Splatoon 2

 

I hadn't heard about the amiibo card functionality before, hopefully my Amiibo figures will have the same functionality.
