That’s how my son got into video games: through breath of the wild. When he was like 3 he wanted me to kill monsters. He loves to cook too. I should try this since he is a picky eater

i probably won’t do levels for now. staring at the course creator gives me anxieties but i’ll happily playtest whatever course you come up with.

Is Mario Maker worth the full $60 if I probably wouldn't spend a lot of time actually making levels?

 

i don’t plan on making levels (at least not yet) but i still feel like it was worth the 50 bucks. the story mode feels like a collection of good mario maker courses that also teaches you game mechanics. and the collection of courses will only get bigger and better. having a “switch” in any game creation tool amplifies the possibilities by a lot

also it’s 50 bucks for me bec i redeemed it using the voucher

 

It is worth it if you like 2D Mario
