Also when I was a kid and still into console wars I was so excited when they put a GameCube in a car in Pimp My Ride instead of a Play Station or whatever lmao

 

I was just watching a video of funhaus doing a demo disk for PS2 and they were playing Freek Style and that was the GOAT GameCube game I owned next to Def Jam.

 

Freekstyle was really fucking good. I fondly remember when games weren’t so expensive to make which meant that there were AAA games like that all the time.

I am totally back into Dead Cells, can't notice a single difference with it running 60 fps tho lol

same lol. I do like the change up in the mutations and the new challenge door they added.

 

whatever I can get my hands on that is not a shield, can't parry ever no matter what game it is. some of my best runs have been with the impaler or frantic sword. I like frantic because I can go with a tactics build but still get up close. I should get the rapier tonight, there's still a lot I need to unlock. the removal of enemy scaling has been a great touch.

 

I love the impaler, I really like getting turrets and upgrading the purple alot, thats usually when I do the best

 

yup, same. the slicer or arrrow turrets are crucial. have you gone into any of the new "kill X enemies without being touched" doors at the end of the levels?

 

I havent yet, I missed one of the timed ones by literally a split second last night
