Shred! 2 looks like shovelware but apparently is actually supposed to be pretty cool for fans of extreme sport games

 

pretty much the best thing ever. i have 3 other people i play with (we used to live near each other but now we live in different countries because of work so we find reasons to catch up) including my wife and it’s just a blast. we don’t even take it too seriously and even then we went up to profreshional++. we usually just diss each other and talk about rl stuff while playing.

i highly recommend it and also i just realized how much i miss it

 

I love Splatoon

 

wrapped up Undertale and Hyper Light Drifter over the weekend, loved the final boss fight in HLD.

hopped back into Dead Cells after a while away and I don't know what they did but I am consistently getting to the Throne Room now, before that never happened. they've got their hook back in me.

 

Dead Cells patch made it easier, I played a tiny bit over the weekend and noticed the mutations are different too.

What ending did you get in Undertale?

 

yeah I noticed that too. I was never that good at Dead Cells but I'm having way more fun with it now. looking forward to actually seeing and exploring all of the biomes as opposed to doing one route over and over to beat it.

I got the neutral ending, what a bizarre but enjoyable experience. I'll go back and do a pacifist run at some point.

 

Same!!!!!! It's on of my favorite gaming experiences of all time, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it changed NOTHING hahaha. So bizarre.

 

I felt like a true asshole at the end haha so many games have tried to do the whole honor system but it never hit me like that one did. I finished the game at like 2am or something and woke up still thinking about the ending. I'm sorry Sans, please forgive me.

I've played friday the 13th on PS4 since day one. It was really good when it came out but the new updates make the game worse every time. I'd only get it on Switch if it was like $10

When my friend and I were like 11, we wanted Road Rash 64 so bad but couldn't afford to buy a copy. So we rented it, scratched off the label of Turok 2 (because they were both black cartridges), replaced the label, and took it back to Blockbuster and told them the game was something else and acted confused.

We were such lying little sacks of shit.

It worked though, can't wait to play Turok 2 again.
