Lost Kingdom is definitely one of my favorite levels. It really is a beautiful, charming game.

 

Yeah it really is. I never really cared for Mario underwater levels, but actually really enjoyed the one in Odyssey.

I also really like that each level introduces something new - it never feels repetitive. Totally get why this game was recommended by everyone.

 

Got way back into HK last night and am damn determined to beat it now. You hear me @Henry i'm gonna BEAT A GAME.

Same, I absolutely suck at all shooters these days, but I know if you give me some Halo 1/2/3 maps an multiplayer I can wreck everyone with some plasma grenades still.

Just a few more hours!!!

 

Ben and I played this very cute puzzle co-op game called Pode last night. It hasn’t been too hard so far but it’s nice to work together and have fun!

 

I have a weird history with Pokémon. Back when I was about to turn 8 and Red/Blue came out I was obsessed, literally played through both versions and Yellow, and Gold/Silver and Crystal, but then after Ruby version on GBA I kind of just stopped buying them. Never played Gen 4-Gen 6 at all despite owning every Nintendo console and handheld during that time. Still to this day don’t know why I stopped playing then.

Anyway then I randomly decided to pick up Omega Ruby like half a year before Sun/Moon came out for nostalgia reasons and got way back into it. Then got Sun version and adored it. So needless to say I’m extremely hyped for today and really glad to be back in the Pokémon fold.

 

I was a freshman or sophomore when ruby/sapphire came out. Therefore I thought I was too cool (read embarrassed) to be playing Pokémon. I didn’t buy another after Crystal until Platinum. I did start playing Golden Sun around that time though

 

I personally think that BW2 are maybe the best, now that you like Pokemon again snd if you like pixelart I’d recommend going back to them at some point. Also the first 3DS Pokemon games are really fun too.
