I know I shouldn't feel like this about a millionaire corporate executive retiring to a life of leisure but damn I'm going to miss Reggie. He's been such a huge part of our collective lives as Nintendo fans for the last 15 years (read: more than half my life). "End of an era" doesn't even scratch the surface.

like Switch owners could pay $11 a month to Microsoft and play Xbox games on Switch?

 

I would be SHOCKED to see it happen but the whole button layout of ABXY would be funny to see translated between the systems.

 

The biggest problem would be the sholder buttons. It would essentially mean that you could use the Switch as a screen but still need an Xbox controller.

It's so hard for me to remember which is which on the Switch as it is

 

I play so rarely that I have to take 5 minutes or so to get back in the mind space to remember them each time.
