im already satisfied because they already said fire emblem would be in it. definitely think ac will be in it too. i wonder if theyll say anything on new pokemon since they said itd be this year, if it is then now is the time to start revealing stuff if they want to get it out for the holiday season.

 

I hope they don't wait for closer to E3 to start talking about Pokémon, but I could see it happening. Fire Emblem, AC, and Pokémon are all coming out this year, hopefully we get a taste of all three tomorrow. And a tease for Luigi's Mansion 3.

 

Pokémon details traditionally surface in May with a November release

 

x and y had an october release date and was revealed in january. sun and moon came out in november and was revealed in february.

by reveal i mean at least a few images of what the game looks like. the x and y reveal had gameplay plus the starters. the sun and moon one had a little less with mostly just images of what the game looked like and a little of pikipek.

 

I’m guessing then gen 8 games will follow the release schedule of let’s go. Shown in May and released in November

Definitely Pokemon will be a November game, it’s the big release of this year

 

they could go that route but keep in mind lets go didnt have to go through the tease of new pokemon before its launch (aside from meltan). if this is indeed gen 8 theyll want some more time to tease some of the new mons.

 

good call. i do vaguely remember one of the first mentions of one of the more recent gens featuring like brief shots of the development studio and everyone pausing frame by frame to look at concept sketches and whatever. i guess i was more referring to those first CoroCoro dumps with starters and stuff.

yeah the sun and moon reveal was a little bare bones which is why i wanted to specify what i meant by reveal. id be down with something like that if anything for this direct. just looking for any update on it.

 

Frequently this turns into very early December in continental Europe

 

the nov 21st that oras came out is one my favorite days ever. went with a bunch of friend to a midnight release which coincided with smash 4 on wii u so we saw a lot of people there we hadnt seen in a long time. after that we went to a friends house and played oras all night.

 

November 21st is also Carly Rae Jepsen's birthday so yes it is the best day of the year

I was born 6 days late on November 25th so I guess me sharing a birthday with the Queen was just never meant to be

 

I just want AC to be a summer game for once. With Pokemon, FE and Yoshi coming out, I think it's a good idea to spread it out a bit and I'm sure the unannounced game is Pikmin 4 that will be an end of the year title as well.
