I highly doubt it comes to the Switch unfortunately, so I definitely would pick it up on PS4 when it's on sale.

 

It should be noted that I don't think it has ever been explicitly branded as a PS exclusive, so it's not out of the question. Sometimes it takes a long time and suddenly games appear on other platforms.

We're 5 Persona games deep now after this many years, and they've all been PS exclusives. There's nothing to me that is an encouraging sign that it's coming to Nintendo or Microsoft.

Yeah. Another example is Nioh was never branded as a PlayStation exclusive, even though it was originally only on Playstation. But now Nioh 2 is being branded as "only on PlayStation".

So Sony definitely have some sort of deal on main Persona games

so i bought Gris yesterday since I had some coins saved up and only had to pay like $9 for it. i knew next to nothing about it besides seeing and loving the art style and i'm very glad i went with it. i finished it in one sitting and it was absolutely beautiful. it got me in my feelings the same way journey did the first time i played it on ps4, and coincidentally that's the only other game i've ever finished in one sitting. this is top 3 for me for the year. highly recommend it.

I say go for it. It was a miserably cold night here so I bundled up and smoked and played with all the lights off and headphones and it was one of the best gaming experiences I had this year. I really can’t say enough nice things about it.

Was any of the gameplay challenging? I'll be getting it either way but I imagine there isn't much in the way of platforming and it's more about the mood/narrative

 

the puzzles don’t require more than a few seconds thought and there are a couple of platforming sections that were marginally more difficult but there aren’t any deaths or penalties in the game and it’s not challenging. it’s very much a mood piece. if you like the art style and the music it will suck you in.
