that’s what I read too. I’ve only done a handful of missions so far but nothing seems to obtuse. there is A LOT to upgrade/mod both on your frame and on your guns/sword. the movement is super slick and I love the melee weapons. the missions also aren’t too long so you can hop in, get some xp, and hop out.

 

@zigbigwig if there was no smash bros around the corner I’d be spending so. much. money. great sales going on.

 

I still need to find the best memory card because I need all the space.

 

I was supposed to reply an hour ago to say Im the same way but since then I kind of bought INSIDE, Gungeon, and Runner3 lol.

Thinking about grabbing a 30 dollar game like Skyrim or Doom (my fiance already has a Valkyria so I’m skipping that) or just getting Steamworld 2 and a cheaper RPG like Stick of Truth. Or Steamworld 2, Child of Light and another 10 dollar game.

 

So glad i bought a 128gb one back in september

Switch is my first mainly all digital device. I am finally breaking away from wanting physical copies of everything.. 200gb card was a great purchase.

 

I still buy a lot of physical because despite living in a place that doesn't have VAT, all of Nintendo's online prices still add VAT so it's a lot cheaper for me to buy first party games on cartridge

MicroSD cards on sale.

 

I admittedly haven’t done much research (I just wanna play some f’in Mario) so are the SD cards for memory only for if you decide to buy games digitally? Or when I buy physical copies am I gonna still have to deal with bullshit storage problems?

 

Probably. Even the Nintendo games have large updates. Zelda and Splatoon is somewhere around 1-2gb each.

If you’re going to go physical, it should be fine for a while. I bought an extra sd card after 1.5 years and I still had room for some indie games then.

But in the long run, having one is going to be way less hassle for sure. Plus, there’s tons of F2P games rn that you can use that you can use to fill up that extra space (Fortnite, Paladins, Fallout Shelter, Warframe) so I guess you’ll have access to more games simply just having one.

EDIT: I HAVE to mention transferring games you already downloaded in the built in storage to the sd card is a pain in the butt. Basically you have to archive them and download again.

 

Anyone play the mobile version of Fire Emblem Heroes or Dragalia Lost? I need a new mobile addiction and my Nintendo fix in one.

 

Will Amazon match any of these prices for physical games? I like physical games.

 

Anecdotally, more often than not, UNLESS it’s a major Nintendo first party game, physical copies of older games are often as cheap or nearly as cheap as digital games are on sale
