I picked up Enter the Gungeon yesterday and holy shit it's Binding of Issac with guns. I'm in love.

 

Yeah I played for like 4 hours last night. I'm getting to the third floor pretty consistently and then I just get REKT

 

That's me on the second floor RIP. Only played for about 2 hours so far so I'm confident I'll get better.

 

The cool thing is you randomly unlock stuff that help you significantly, the game just wants you to put in your time before you get the unlocks. I love games like that.

 

Want that Nintendo Switch Online soon so I can finally beat SMB3. Also I think it’s crazy that we still don’t know how nintendo’s gonna handle their retro games. (Mini consoles or just games on the Eshop idc just tell me)

Get a flawless win against a boss in Enter The Gungeon, which means you get extra items. So i go to the podium to pick up my extra item and the podium turns into a monster and kicks my ass. This fucking game.

have things been squared away with mario tennis yet? i've always been a mario sports fan - golf especially - but the early reviews and simple mistakes turned me off from tennis

 

I think it's fun

 

I’ve heard if you just pretend that the single player mode doesn’t exist it’s a solid game.

 

Playing online in just regular mode without all the special hits can be fun. But people who play with Boo are assholes.

 

If anyone's still playing Splatoon they introduced a new weapon that's pretty ridiculous and hilarious and will immediately remind you of Arrested Development: bloblobber.

Ummmmm really wanna pick up Iconoclasts that just came out. Getting a good review from Nintendo Life and just looks like a lot of fun.

 

Snoman Gaming's review put this on my radar. I find his You Need To Play and Good Game Design series pretty reliable.
