Captain toad is a pretty cool little game. I had gotten it on the Wii U but never opened it. Finally playing it on switch

Co-worker of mine got all of the c-sides in Celeste... said it took him over 60 hours and something like 16,000 deaths.

For those playing Octopath, how fantasy is the world? Like, are there a lot of magical dungeons and stuff like that? From what Ive seen of the demos, its just been 'real world' areas like caves and sewers and things.

 

Ummm yeah I wouldn't call it much of a 'fantasy' world at all. So far at least.

 

i had gotten frustrated with soul master in hollow knight so i hadnt played in a bit, i came back to it today and beat it first try, but jesus that fight was tense and long. cant even imagine what awaits me further in the game.

 

Welp, I just got there last night. Tried once and died incredibly fast and decided it was time to go to bed.

 

I got Hollow Knight two days ago. Just scratching the surface but it’s a lot of fun. Have to get the hang of wall jumping.

 

thinking of picking up hollow knight and owlboy for my next flight home. Either or, or both?

 

Both, but if you don't want to spend that kinda cash do Hollow Knight first.

 

Hollow Knight is excellent, definitely recommended

 

I’ll say that I do truly hate how you have to travel long distances to get back to bosses. Often losing health along the way (because I’m bad) and then you die instantly. Rinse repeat. Pretty frustrating. Especially if you have to go back and get your shade before turning it off or you lose all your gold. So you have to choose between Beating the boss immediately and keeping your gold or turning it off and losing it all. Also lost 1500 gold earlier because my joy con disconnected. Never playing I’m docked mode again.

 

Gonna probably pick that up for that price.

 

Hollow Knight purchased, even got a few bucks off with the Gold Points I had

 

With Nintendo embracing the indie game devs so fully, I’d like if they would do something like PS Plus or Games with Gold to include with their coming service charges for the online feature. There are a lot of games I’d like to play but don’t exactly want to buy all of them outright.

 

I think tomorrow I’m going to play Smash at Comic Con

Ugh my right joycon is drifting really bad. I haven’t noticed because I’ve been playing docked for a while. This sucks.
