If you have an Xbox One, I strongly recommend Ori and the Blind Forest. Sounds right up your alley, and one of my favorite games.

I really wish it wasn’t an exclusive because I want everyone to play it haha

 

Solely on a Switch unfortunately but I've heard it's incredible

 

Hmm, platformers aren't my strong suit, I would recommend Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze, Cave Story + and Axiom Verge. I can't really think of any else I'd suggest off the top of my head.

I’ve been playing through the original Castlevania on my 3DS this weekend to get ready for Bloodstained. Have lost my shit at its frustrating difficulty more than a few times, still always finds a way to pull me back in though.

 

I'm so thirsty to play this but gonna wait for a price drop

Me too my dude. I have it on Wii U and really don't wanna drop a 60 spot on it. I haven't beaten it though so I defs have incentive to get it. Plus I also need to save $60 for mario tennis which is a day one buy for me haha.

 

I pretty much echo all of this exactly! I bought it for Wii U but I wasn't gaming much at that period in my life (didn't really get back into it until my Switch purchase) so I think I only played the first few levels or something. I have no doubt that it's worth the money, but I'm pretty strapped and what I do have will def be going to Aces ASAP

I personally think Axiom is better than DK TF, but then again they are two different types of platformers, ya know? The best Donkey Kong game is Donkey Kong Country 2 for the SNES.

I finally started trying the Ranked mode in Splatoon and good lord these matches are just a shit show sometimes lol

 

I can't deal with that kind of stuff. I can't handle competitive games anymore.

 

Now that I've beat almost all the 1P games I have that's gonna be my next thing to tackle. I have only been maining a splattershot on turf war so I'm gonna need to learn to be flexible lol

 

This is the number one game on the eShop right now. I've never bought something so fast.
