I've had Smash on my mind all day. I can't wait for even a sliver of more information.

 

Tennis looks cool, but it really makes me crave another Mario Golf64...

 

I would not doubt us getting golf, bowling, etc. i think they realize the popularity of wii sports and the ability to milk it. I need a Mario Baseball more than anything.

 

We'll get Golf, it did well on 3DS. The only question is why they made yet another Tennis after the WiiU one before they made Golf.

 

I need Mario Golf so I can bring it to the bars when my buddies and I meet up for our Golden Tee sessions (yes, we do this and everyone should tbh).

 

I’d be so down for Mario Golf.

 

Tennis/Golf/Strikers for the three year punch

 

I’d want Baseball after tennis tbh but I know Golf/Strikers has more appeal.

this is honestly such a great idea, Ive always wanted to play Golden Tee and there's a dive near here that I've seen it at and nobody is ever using it

Yes and it was the best

The Wii one was not as good as Gamecube though. But that was the case with every Mario sports game

 

Can't recommend it enough. It started casual but now it's become super intense, we meet up almost weekly. We all have these member cards that you swipe when you start a game that allows you to track stats, keep a handicap, and customize your golfer. And of course there is a store in the GT app where you can buy clothes and clubs and stuff for like a quarter.

 

I never had a GameCube or Wii(my sis had one though) so I totally missed that game. Sounds awesome though I’d def be interested in that.

 

Didn't the wii version force you to play with the nunchuck? I remember there was something about it that put me off because you couldn't just pick it up and play with multiple people.

 

Strikers for GameCube is the best mario sports game, as much as I loved baseball.

 

I dunno, Mario Dressage was pretty lit imo

 

I’m just stoked that this will be my first smash game, owned a GameCube and Wii but never bought smash, just played them at friends houses. Let the character reveal hype begin!

 

I'm excited about the Luigi's Mansion remake for 3DS. I haven't played that game in years and have fond memories of it.
