I've using the Splattershot mainly because I have no idea how the ranked modes work and it seems the maybe most versatile hah.

Also I was thinking I should change my display name to differentiate from all the other Nicks out there

 

So this will put the Switch version at least 2 patches behind.

 

Made it to B+ in Rainmaker and then promptly got crushed back down to B :(

 

I think I'm getting good! My Aerospray is up to superfresh and I've got loads of really cool gear from the app.

I forgot to check my friend code last night because I was having so much fun playing Splatoon. Only played for a hour or two but it's great. I've been doing best with the roller so far.

 

I keep getting people on my teams that end the game with 0 points and it's pissing me off

 

I wish they let us know if someone disconnected at the start because those 3 v 4 matches are the worst.

It's basically just my team in danger and can't do anything.

 

I was sooo miserable in the tutorial when they wouldn't let you turn off motion controls and they were either inverted or normal (the opposite of what I want) I could barely get through it, haha. Don't know if I'll ever play with motion, maybe I'll try it again in handheld mode.

 

completely forgot that I had Murch get me a dark urban vest that I saw some wearing in the plaza, it paid off

 

I'm currently stacking 4 swim speed ups and I'm so dang fast. It's amazing.

 

Fyi stacking abilities has diminishing returns. Not that it should stop us from doing it (that's what i'm planning to as well) but it's still good info.

 

I'm using it for a certain play style right now and it seems to work great.

I use ink brush and just use it as a quick escape

 

Ink brush is a hit and run weapon right? Haven't really used it online though.

I might start using rollers as a secondary. I notice a lot of people don't really prioritize ink coverage that much.

 

Yup also I've seen some matches like that but for the most part people are pretty good with ink coverage.

 

I call hacks on the game because @Snewt slided into my games with my cousins and they all got paired on the same team against me everytime.

 

The worst offender I've seen is this person with a charger who camped the entire game. It was the map with the color coded sponge and there was a tower where only one side can reach.

He just sat there trying to snipe us. And failed horribly lol. Pretty sure that cost them the game.

 

my cousins were all excited to play salmon run with me right now until I told them it literally closes for the day.

They live 6 hours away so it's really hard to do local.
