Some of them do only ports, some of them do mostly ports and some originals, but yeah they are a thing

I play in table top mode and the resolution doesn't bother me. But I'm not picky about resolution.

 

yeah I'm whatever on resolution but mad max has had me hooked lately so I don't play much playgrounds.

 

I mean, that's cool and all, but still no date for the Switch patch has me super bummed.

 

I agree. Giving away a game makes me think it may be a while, too.

 

Looks like the official online service was pushed back to 2018 and is going to cost $20 a year.

Makes sense to push it a bit to extend that free period to those who pick it up during the holidays. Good to see the price officially confirmed even if we knew it would be around that too.

seem to imply that they've switched from their previous "one game to play just for that month" model to a larger library, which is cool.

I wonder if they'll add a feature that lets you play VC games separately from the Switch games.

Like for example while in the Mario Kart lobby you can play NES game overlayed on top of the MK8 screen. The same way Splatoon 1 had a minigame while waiting for the match to start.

Is it blurry or are people just overreacting? Also, what has the patch done? I seem to find only conflicting information. I want to play it but I have heard so many bad things, yet you guys seems positive. I wish there was a demo.

 

The player models are the only thing that are low-res from what I can tell. It's annoying at first, but it's not terrible. I love the game overall, though. Just waiting for that online play :)
