I like the demo but I'm afraid it'll get too hard

 

This is coming to Switch at the end of the month. Looks cool but also dreadful.

 

Looks pretty cool. I might grab it.

 

More than a simple port

 

I read somewhere that it also includes the story mode from the first game.

 

I'm enjoying the new FE so far (my first time playing the series), but holy hell there's a ton of dialogue. I knew these games were story heavy, but it took close to an hour before I even got started, ha.

I decided to use the classic mode (lose members if they die in battle). I love how much that affects strategy.

 

Finished Act 1 in FE. Making Faye a ridiculously overpowered Pegasus Knight.

 

Anyone playing Kart?

 

They better include all of the previously released DLC characters if they end up putting a $60 tag on it

Thumper is pretty fun. Really shows off the HD rumble.

 

Thumper looks like a trip. Watched some gameplay videos the other day, not sure I'll purchase though.

 

This looks fantastic. Might be a must buy for me.

 

Can't wait for this. Never got a chance to play 2 on ps4 or pc, looking forward to having it on Switch.

 

Thumper is the perfect mix of difficult and rewarding.

 

It normally wouldn't be the kind of game I jump on but I really needed another Switch game, ha. I'm glad I did.

 

totally understand.. i'm finding myself wanting every game under the sun on Switch, but it's a good thing cause my wallet couldn't take that kind of assault. Really having a great time playing NBA Playgrounds right now. Still need to finish off BoTW, and have been playing a lot of Kart.

 

were the NBA Playgrounds patch notes posted? this is from the PC release but should all be coming to Switch, it's game changing in the best way. side note: I only see this game talked about on nintendo here.

a lot of people were complaining about that. Apparently the devs said online functionality on switch will be out a few days after release

 

For a second there I thought Dead Cells would be the one at the end of the month.

Gonner and Thumper, I'll definitely grab them at some point. Right now I want to focus on D5.

game is so fun. i don't mind grinding when it's fun.

 

Weren't all those "new players" already available on Switch? I know I have most of them. Weird.

 

that is strange. I'm pretty terrible at the game so the little gameplay tweaks are what I'm most interested in. hello shot meter!

 

SHOT METER. simply game changing. I can't wait. Also can't wait to play online.

 

I'm all-in with Shadows of Valentia right now. It's addicting. Based on some of the reviews I've seen this one seems to be a good starting point with the series even though it deviates a good bit from what I've read are the "core mechanics" (which I think is why this game seems to be getting lower scores than previous games). Having to deal with relationships and the battle wheel seem a bit overwhelming, but I'm really digging the less complex gameplay of Valentia.
