If they ever make a Kirby movie my son would freak out

 

Kirby is one of the best candidates they have for a movie and they went with a live action Zelda *shakes head*

 

Tbf a live action zelda will make money than a kirby film. No one should be surprised they went that route next.

 

Yeah, but that doesn't mean shit for quality. Mario movie made mad money and it was a solid 7

 

I thought the Mario movie was a blast. One of the most fun movies in 2023 and that's all I needed from that movie.

 

I personally expect the Mario movie to be the next Citizen Kane so I am severely disappointed

Illumination would have to acquire the rights to animated Sonic and Pokémon while Sony and Legendary retain the live-action rights.

An honest Super Smash Bros animated film could be a challenge.

 

Sonic they really don't need. I imagine if a Smash Bros. film happened, it would be solely Nintendo characters.

Still might be a hurdle to get Pikachu. Really depends on what Legendary has the rights to.
