Apparently rumors swirling around about a possible Zelda remake/remaster to be announced soon. An industry insider tweeted then deleted something I guess.

TP, WW, or ALBW seem like the three logical possibilities.

Could have picked BotW on WiiU and then picked another Switch game, rookie mistake ;D

I have a feeling these will be bundled in if they ever do a Switch WW port. Like "Toon Link collection" or something like that.

Would Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks, or A Link Between Worlds even work on Switch though? Not sure how that duel screen stuff would translate ported onto Switch.

It would work on the new triple screen system

I'm probably one of the biggest Wii U apologists out there and I would love for Nintendo to move toward an evolution of the Switch that allows for some of the Gamepad functionality to work. The asynchronous playstyles in Game & Wario and Nintendo Land were genuinely some of the most fun I've had while gaming with friends. They can add as many screens as they want as long as we get more wild shit like that.

Fwiw the Zelda leak is fairly credible this time.

2 screens are just great. Splatoon and Mario Maker felt so good on WiiU because of it.

Honestly, if the new system isn't dual screen. I'm gonna be riled.

Criticism about Super Mario Wonder is so far off from my experience playing it. I don’t feel it’s anymore childish or less difficult than the other mainline 2D games, it hasn’t same breadth of difficulty especially with gating progress to Wonder Seeds many of which are p easy to miss the first go through of the level. I also like this aspect of the game because it adds an element of exploration/discovery to the 2D mario formula that’s been a thing the 3D games have excelled at.

I'm down for any Zelda remake since it's my favorite game franchise of all time, but....I'd rather have zelda remakes of handheld Zeldas rather than console Zeldas. Give me a remake of stuff on GB/DS/3DS instead of WW and TP.
