I played the Switch remake and thought that was easy.

 

I got the Game Boy color version when it came out and even I thought it was easy

 

I played the original pea green Game Boy release. I don't know if I'd say it was easy, but I was also much younger at the time and I finished it in any case.

 

It took me so long to even get the sword. Never dawned on me to use the shield to push the enemies around

 

Wait. If you consider not knowing what to do or where to go as “hard”, then…yes. I had to look stuff up constantly haha.

 

Oh I totally owned the official strategy guide from Nintendo Power.

 

Game was hard as shit back when it first came out before guides, but that's a lot of games back then.

I'm torn, Ages was the first one I played and finished. I played Seasons much later. I'd say it's for sure the harder of the two and probably more fun, but Ages had the better puzzles

 

I have followed strategy guides and online walkthroughs religiously for every top down Zelda I have ever played.

 

Interesting, I like Seasons and the vibes more

 

I truly believe Zelda games were made to be played like this.

 

I did admittedly need to watch a couple videos to get through some of the divine beasts in botw

With some sort of guiding hand. I sincerely do not believe the developers intend for most people to get through a Zelda game without help.

 

Can't wait for Super Mario Wonder and Super Mario RPG Remake. I did the double voucher thing for 99. Pretty good deal. With Wonder and Spider-Man 2 this Fall/Winter is gonna be full of games.

 

Tears of the Kingdom is my favorite handheld Zelda

 

Oracle of Seasons is mine.

The funnest parts of each case in Detective Pikachu are when Pikachu gets to ride other Pokemon and use their powers. Also the stealth parts are fun too.

Taking a break at the start of Chapter 4 of 5 because this thread made me realize I still haven't finished the main story on TOTK and have been stuck on the Lighting Temple for months. Going to finally check that off.

 

I also have to go back TotK. I quit cold turkey because I got really sick and started hallucinating about the game in a fever haze lol

 

I haven’t played Totk since I beat the main story back in May, but I liked BOTW more. I’ll still go back and finish all the shrines and side quest sometime.

 

I wanna say I got burnt out on TOTK but that’s not really a fair assessment since I did put 80+ hours into it.

 

I still have like a third of the game to go and I’ve been actively playing it since it dropped lol. Love it

 

I like how Lickitung talks in Detective Pikachu (no voice acting for Pokemon unfortunately, just text when you're playing as Pikachu)
