We are looking at about half the raw power of a Series S but with a bit more ram, obv due to DLSS punching well above its weight

 

Just bought cult of the lamb deluxe for my switch from Best Buy I get it sat it’s been on my list excited to try it out n see if I like it

 

hell yeah give me all the Kirby

 

Anyone ever have issues with their Switch just...not turning on? Despite sitting on the dock and being fully charged?

My son went to go play it the other night and it wouldn't turn on. Eventually got it on by holding the power button down for 25 seconds or so - but it took a while and many tries of doing that. When we turned it back on it was 100% charged and we haven't had an issue since.

Bizarre and have no clue what would cause that.

 

This used to happen to me all the time! Like for a good few months. Then it just stopped and I completely forgot about it until now

 

I think you probably did some kind of reset by doing what you did and chances are good you’re fine now, so unless it happens again soon I wouldn’t worry

Happened to me with my Lite til I figured out the reset. Only happened once but I was trading it in for the OLED soon after that anyways

 

Attempting to beat Super Mario World the hard way without using Star Road for the first time. I forgot how insanely frustrating and infuriating Forest Of Illusion is.

 

Pulled up to my local Costco and got one for $30

I beat Forest Of Illusion without using Star Road for the first time since I have been playing SMW as a child. Doing Chocolate Island right now for the first time ever.

 

Trying to get my fill of Mario side scrolling platformers before Wonder comes out. I played and beat 3D World, how is U in comparison? Worth it to play before Wonder?

Yoshi's Crafted Wold or Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze?

 

Haven't played DK but everyone loves it. Probably can't go wrong. I'm sure Yoshi is significantly easier.

 

Yoshi is verrrry easy but also very cute and fun

 

Yoshi because Donkey Kong is one of the lamest Nintendo characters

 

I would like to thank NSO's save feature for making games I couldn't beat as a kid a whole lot easier.

Stuck on a segment of a level that is taking forever? Just keep going back to my original save I made before the level started when I still had 8 lives and power ups over and over.

 

As a long-time emulator user, it pleases me that so many are being introduced to the joys of save scumming.

 

Fuck Ghost Houses. The worst. Currently stuck on Sunken Ghost Ship on SMW (which is the level inbetween Chocolate Island and Valley of Bowser). Basically an underwater ghost house.
