Paper Mario on N64 is pretty fun imo. It’s the only Mario RPG I’ve played though

I played the original Paper Mario for the first time awhile back on the N64 Expansion Pack and really enjoyed it. Right now I'm in the middle of Origami King. I could never get into Super Mario RPG when it came out but I'm excited for the new version.

Had no idea Paper Mario 64 was on Switch. Maybe it's finally time to dust off my N64 controller and use my Nintendo subscription for once haha. I've just been throwing money at it.

 

Original Paper Mario is good, but TTYD is better in every aspect.

Exactly. Thousand Year Door makes the OG look like a tech demo or something. It's just not interesting to go back to.

 

I forgot about Mario vs DK. Technically there are 7 games in the Marioverse coming up.

 

It's a good time to be a Mario fan.

 

Idk if I should play the Star Ocean demo or Dave the Diver demo first

 

I dont even like the 99 games but I will play the fuck out of FZ99. Love me some SNES F-Zero.

 

I like how in the announcement for Trombone Champ on Switch they are just straight up like "these controls are shit lol"

 

Mario RPG fans have been eating lately. Not me though

 

So stoked to play thosand year door again!!

 

Also the Peach game looks super cute

 

I dunno what sends me more, swashbuckling Peach or kung-fu Peach, but I'm ready for it.

 

It reminds me of this Barbie game I had for GBA, you got different dresses with different abilities, and you had to keep changing to get into areas not previously accessible, Metroid style.

 

Trombone Champ only $15 on the eshop. Used my points and got it for $10.

 

Absolutely obsessed with FZ99. Wild Goose 4 lyfe.

 

There is only one Ska song in the game. it is an original composition called Skabird. It is pretty damn good.

The description for it in the menu is " A Ska song. Because everyone on the internet seemed to want one. Are you happy now? Please leave me alone"

 

That’s awesome. Feel like I gotta get it to mess around with this weekend.

 

I am just starting to get a hang of it. I hope i get good enough to please the twin baboons gods soon.

 

TTYD is arguably in my top 5 games of all time but I haven't played it in probably over a decade in this point, I'm so excited to play that again

 

As someone who went from being an SNES and N64 kid to an Xbox teen, and never owned a Gamecube or played any of these games I feel like I missed a lot.
